ATM contract portfolio from 2173033 Ontario Ltd.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR ATM OPERATION!

On February 5, 2009, Access Cash General Partnership (Access Cash) acquired your ATM processing agreement/contract from 2173033 Ontario Ltd. (successor in interest to Credit Card Center Canada). We are excited about this new opportunity to work together with you.  As a result of this transaction, all rights, title and interest in your ATM processing agreement/contract have been acquired by and assigned to Access Cash effective as of February 5, 2009, with all of the terms and conditions remaining in full force and effect.
