On October 31 2008, Access Cash General Partnership (Access Cash), acquired the ATM business of Security Bancorp Inc. (SBI). We are excited about this new opportunity to work together with you. As a result of this transaction, all rights, title and interest in your ATM contract have been acquired by and assigned to Access Cash effective as of October 31 2008, with all of the terms and conditions of your ATM contract remain in full force and effect.
