Open Solution’s proprietary switching software and unique web-based merchant reporting platforms provide Ezee’s customers with the most comprehensive and real time reporting available today. It currently processes over 40 million ATM debit transactions and settles in excess of $2 billion dollars annually. SERVICE: Ezee ATM’s main help desk provides our customers with access to certified technicians twenty-four hours a day to answer any technical issues you may have. With three parts and service depots and many sub offices located across Canada, we are able to respond to 98% of any on-site service call within four hours. We stock a two million dollar inventory of parts for all the major manufacturers to ensure that if a part needed it will be available. This keeps the machine up and running at its optimal levels. These services are provided to our Clients when they sign on with us and then for as long as they process with us.
MONITORING: All of the terminals we manage are programmed so that we have direct remote access to the terminals. The terminals will send us an electronic ALERT: if and when an error occurs. In many instances we are able to identify and fix the error before our Clients are even aware that there was a problem. Many of our Clients take advantage of the alerts system by having the alert sent directly to them, either through e-mail, cell phone or a pager system.
