EZEE recently acquired the Canadian ATM business of TRM (Canada) Corporation, including all the TRM, Access Cash and Mighty Cash ATMs and related merchant and dealer contracts. This acquisition increases our installation footprint in Canada by 65 percent and solidifies our position as a leading consolidator in this industry. At the same time it offers immediate benefits in terms of improved transaction margins and geographic diversification, particularly in the Ontario market.

EZEE ATM LP is the only company in Canada to fully operate using the e-Classics’ ATM Manager Pro software package. This very sophisticated platform is recognized globally as the premier operating platform for ATM debit transaction reporting and terminal management and is the basis for most major international ISO operations. Our ATM Manager Pro software has been uniquely modified and integrated with peripheral software to accommodate bilingual reporting as well as the complex variations in federal and provincial sales taxes.
PROCESSING: EZEE processes all of its ATM shared cash dispensing transactions through Canada’s largest Interac® ‘White Label’ acquirer Open Solutions. Open Solutions’ proprietary switching software and unique web-based merchant reporting platforms provide EZEE’s customers with the most comprehensive and real time reporting available today. It currently processes over 40 million ATM debit transactions and settles in excess of $2 billion annually. SERVICE: EZEE ATM’s main help desk and service provider is De La Rue, the leading global provider of ATM servicing. De La Rue provides our customers with access to certified technicians 24 hours a day to answer any technical issues they may have. With twelve parts and service depots and 36 sub-offices located across Canada, they are able to respond to 98% of any on-site service call within four hours. They stock a $2 million inventory of parts for all the major manufacturers to ensure that if a part is needed, it will be available. This keeps the machine up and running at its optimal level. These services are provided to our clients FREE of charge when they sign on with us and for as long as they process with us.
MONITORING: All of the terminals we manage are programmed so that we have direct remote access to them. The terminals will send us an electronic ALERT if and when an error occurs. In many instances, we are able to identify and fix the error before our clients are even aware that there was a problem. Many of our clients take advantage of the alert system by having the alert sent directly to them, either through e-mail, cell phone or a pager system. This service also is provided FREE of charge to our clients.
JOURNALING: It is an Interac regulation that all transactions are to be archived for a minimum of one year. This is to ensure that, in the case of a trace request, the transaction in question can be retrieved and the correct adjustments, if any, are made. We take on this responsibility for our clients FREE of charge. In doing so, we provide our clients the comfort of knowing that the financial aspects of the ATM are well taken care of. Our in house staff has direct access to the processor and all their reports; this gives us the ability to expertly reconcile any adjustments that may be need to be done.
WEB ACCESS: This service provides many of our customers the critical information they need to monitor and anticipate their cash needs for loading their terminals. In addition to CASH POSITIONS, our clients have real time access to the transactions and status of their terminals.
REPORTS: We manage our ATM portfolio with e‑ Classics software: ATM Manager Pro. ATM Manager Pro is widely recognized as the leading edge management software in the industry. Currently, we are the only management company fully operating this program in Canada. With ATM Manager Pro, we are able to provide a wide array of custom reports for our clients, from monthly statements to graphs charting daily cash flows.
BILINGUAL: EZEE ATM is completely bilingual. We maintain a fully functioning office in Montreal to assist Francophone clients.
